Marla Erojo has been creating beautiful cakes and pastries since 1996. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, she has trained at several top bakeries in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Draeger’s Market, and Torino Baking. As an up-and-coming Chef, her cakes have both the influences of the bakeries she has trained in, as well as her commitment to both quality and details.
